About Us

The Lynes Blacksmith Shop Committee is a group of local volunteers who oversee the care and restoration of the Lynes Blacksmith Shop. Made up of heritage groups, educators, local government and passionate local residents, the Committee's vision is to create a unique cultural, historical and educational experience for all visitors. The group's efforts in advocating for the Lynes Shop were recognized by the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario in 2019.
